RULES AND REGULATIONS:


Our goal is to ensure your stay at Timber Lake Resort be safe and enjoyable for all our guests. Due to the nature of our campground, one person’s actions can affect many. Therefore, we have rules and regulations to insure that you have an enjoyable stay. We appreciate your support and hope you have a great stay at Timber Lake Resort!


Check Out Time: 11:00am  Please leave your site clean.

Quiet Time: 11:00pm - 8:00am Radios & Televisions, Etc must be kept at a volume that will not disturb others.

Children Under 6 years of age: must never be left unsupervised. After 10:00 pm, children under 18 must be within campsites or accompanied by an adult. Children found out of their campsite after curfew, causing trouble, will have their entire camping party ejected by the Carroll County Sheriff. Any persons suspected of damaging equipment or property at any time will have their camping party ejected by the Carroll County Sheriff.

Visitors: must register at the office. Campground and lake are for the use of registered guests only. Only one family allowed per camp site (2 adults and children). Visitors must depart by 10:00 PM

Speed limit: is 5 M.P.H.. Slow down - you’re here to relax. Customers: Golf carts must be registered and only operated between the hours of 7 am and 11 pm. No other motorized vehicles are allowed.

Vehicle parking passes:will be issued per campsite. All other vehicles are asked to park in the Main Timber Lake parking lot on Black Oak Road.

All RVs must be equipped: with a fully operational sewer system including hold tanks.

Sealed sewer connectionsmust be used when connecting into the sewer drain.

Washing or repair of vehiclesis not permitted in park. This includes changing oil and other fluids.

No smoking or alcoholic beveragesallowed in any campground buildings. Drinking alcoholic beverages is allowed only on your site. Do not carry alcoholic beverages around the park. Please do not throw cigarette butts on ground. No smoking is allowed within the pool fenced in area.

Petsare to be attended to and on a short leash at all times (attached to you). Clean up all droppings immediately. Noncompliance or nuisance problems with your pet (such as excessive barking) may result in your being asked to leave the campground. Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings, common areas (playgrounds, beaches). Prior approval needed for all pets. Limit of 2 dogs per campsite.

Lake activities: Rental boats are available and can be rented at the office. Private boats must be registered before launch (no motors allowed). All boaters must wear a life jacket. No swimming is allowed in the lake.

Fishing is permitted for registered guests only. No guns, hunting or trapping allowed.

Restrooms & laundry:are for registered guests only. Please keep them clean.

Tentsare not allowed in RV sites without prior approval from management.

An adult must accompany children when at the office and all common areas. Adults are responsible for the safety and whereabouts of their children at all times and are liable for their actions.

Sites and RVs:No digging. No cutting or defacing of trees is permitted. ($50.00 fine)

Dump sitesare provided for household trash only. Deposit all trash in the dump sites. No individual garbage cans allowed on sites.

Refunds: No refunds, however a credit voucher may be issued at the discretion of management.

Messages:The management and its employees are not responsible or liable for the delivery of messages, mail or parcels. Please stop by the office to pick up these items.

No ground fires allowedexcept in designated areas. Use of grills is permitted.

The display of firearms and/or fireworksin the park is strictly prohibited.

Management reserves the rightto make necessary changes in rules and regulations to be in the best interest of the campground and the guests residing therein. Management further reserves the right to refuse service, limit length of stay and the number of persons, pets and vehicles per site. Timber Lake Resort and it’s owners and management will not be held responsible or liable for fire, theft, acts of God and/or nature or any cause to personal property or injury or inconvenience to persons on said owner’s property.

MUST BE A REGISTERED GUEST AT OUR RESORT TO ATTEND RESORT PERFORMANCES.
