There are many enjoyable options for you to choose from for your family time here at Timber Lake Resort. Once you visit us you really won’t want to leave!

Deluxe Rental Cabins — Weekend and weekly cabin rentals.  There are four, two bedroom cabins and three loft cabins located in our Timber Lake South camping area.  These cabins are beautifully decorated and include everything you need except clothes and food.  These air conditioned and heated cabins all sleep six and are available the year round.

Seasonal Camping — Join a long list of satisfied campers that get maximum use of their campers by contracting on a yearly basis their own private camping site.  There is something for everyone at any of our over 80 seasonal sites.  You can pick a simple entry level site or go all out with a concrete landscaped site including a 10'x10' shed to park your golf cart or how about something in-between.  All sites have water, electric and sewer.  Sites are priced to meet different budgets and needs. (New area opening 2011/2012)

Deluxe Owner Occupied Cabins — New in 2011 will be our first offering of cabins you can own.  Under the same concept as a condo ownership model you can own one of our deluxe model cabins on our other lake, Swan Lake.  Phase one of this offering is limited to only 2 beautiful wooded sites situated on Swan Lake.  You can see a model already built on Timber Lake which includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area.  Sit on your swing and watch the wildlife in a secluded wooded setting.  These cabins are offered at $125,000 plus monthly assessment for water, sewer, garbage, activities and applicable taxes.  These cabins are usable year round.  You can also put these cabins in the rental pool if you are looking to offset your costs and use it as a rental income property.

On-Deck Seasonal Program — This program is designed for those individuals that want to test the waters of seasonal camping.  The program offers a reduced cost approach while you maximize the use of your RV.  The program gives you up to 30 nights of full hook-up camping,  based on availability.  The contract period runs from May 1st through October 1st.  It offers free storage of your RV when you are not booked on a site.  There is a $500 non-refundable deposit to sign up for the program but if you convert to a seasonal site you are given a credit for an 8' x 20' concrete patio on any new seasonal sites. ($640 value)  The cost is $180/month (plus electric) May thru September.  This is a significant savings over the monthly rate.  You can convert this contract to a seasonal contract based on availability.  This program has waiting list priority after current seasonal site guests for new and old site availability.  This program also has early booking privileges for the next season on daily sites.

Home Base Program — This program is designed for those families that need a place to store their camper and want the flexibility of using their camper on a moment’s notice.  Your camper is stored at Timber Lake for a cost of $75/month but you earn 50% ($37.50) back in camping credit.  Contracts are only available in 6 month increments payable in full prior to your 1st day of storage.  There is a camper set-up option for an additional fee if you want our staff to pull your camper from storage and set it up prior to your arrival.  This is very popular for mom’s heading out prior to dad for the weekend.  Site availability is on a first come basis.  The Home Base program is tier 3 of our seasonal site waiting list after our On Deck Program but before our regular seasonal waiting list.

Seasonal Wait List Program — New in 2011 is our waiting list for seasonal sites that gives you an opportunity to become part of the Timber Lake Family through weekly emails, seasonal discount specials, visitor passes and many other event invitations.  You will be all ready to go when your number is called to join an experience your family will remember for a lifetime.  There is a non-refundable deposit of $100 for the program but once you pick and commit to a site you are given credit for your deposit.  If you are not ready for a seasonal commitment but want to keep your options open without falling to the bottom of the list, this is the program for you.
