All seasonal contracts include:

Maintenance Free lot,
we do all the mowing and trimming around trees and camper.

Full hookups to water, sewer, and 30 amp electric. Customer pays for
actual electric usage. Water and
electric utilities will be turned off during the winter time period of November
1 through April 15.
